Product Description
The AFIP Senior Certification Course comes with all the materials you need to study for the AFIP Senior Certification Course exam. Candidates must score 80 percent or greater on each section (federal, state, ethics) and submit their Applied Ethics Workbook to become AFIP Certified F&I Professionals.
Passing candidates will receive a framed diploma, access to the AFIP Senior Certified F&I Professional logo for their business cards and stationary, listing on AFIP’s web roster of certified F&I Professionals, access to a press release to submit to local media outlets, a free one-year subscription to F&I Management and Technology (AFIP’s endorsed monthly publication), and a free six-month subscription to Spot Delivery (a monthly legal and regulatory newsletter from the dealership lawyers at Hudson Cook).
Senior Certification Period: Three years (then you must become Master Certified to maintain your certification and individual membership status).
Commercial offering may differ.
Course types:
Franchised – new car dealers; has leasing and installment sale sections
Independent – typically, used car dealers, has installment sale section only Motorcycle/RV/Marine – has installment sale section only
Commercial – commercial trucking and heavy equipment; based on federal laws unique to the commercial trucking industry
