Course types:

* Franchised – new car dealers; has leasing and installment sale sections
* Independent – typically, used car dealers, has installment sale section only

* Motorcycle/RV/Marine – has installment sale section only

* Commercial – commercial trucking and heavy equipment; based on federal laws unique to the commercial trucking industry
